As Project Manager with the Worldwide Enterprise Training and Enablement Team, I planned a conference for a global audience of Apple’s B2B Enterprise channel partners. My primary focus was to drive transformation and build alignment between Apple and its channel partners. With the impact of a global health crisis, I demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving in shifting our onsite event, to a highly produced, interactive, virtual program, which increased our reach. This allowed Apple to inspire participants from around the world.

As Specialist, I consistently exceeded store and market-wide expectations by developing meaningful customer relationships on the sales floor and by working as a team leader to drive results, including lead generation for Apple’s business customers. I partnered with store leadership to motivate and inspire our team.

As Lead Afterschool Instructor and Summer Program Supervisor, I facilitated on-site after school activities, and planned and organized interactive Summer Camp programs, including art and American Sign Language classes.

-Assist Research Managers with administrative and organizational tasks to prepare for participant visits.-Enter and check data for a longitudinal Psychological research study, looking at adolescent emotion regulation and development over time.-Score and analyze data collected from psychological tests administered during participant IQ visits.-Film, event mark, and assist experimenters with EEG capping and monitoring, and administering participant emotion visits.
