As Senior Product Designer Lead at Abstract's Enterprise squad, I conducted Research to identify the areas where Enterprise's users needed a better solution. I led projects from design ideation to customer-facing products. I contributed to the roadmap and OKRs of the product and designed scalable solutions for Enterprise customers (like Merge Restrictions, Teams, Billing...). My contributions helped increase the value of the tool and drove lots of customers' conversions from Business to Enterprise plans, as well as adoption of new customers.

As Senior Product Designer and Partnership Strategist Lead at Microsoft, I was the person responsible to established strong partnerships with other Teams from different Organizations like Windows, Office, Edge and Microsoft Teams among others, to enrich the Search capabilities on their platforms and increase query share base at Bing. I worked on projects from design ideation to customer-facing products. Collaborated with stakeholders on a daily basis and worked remotely with teams around the globe.Using AI and complex algorithms, I designed delightful experiences for customers to help them accomplish tasks and increase productivity: • I led partnerships with Office and Edge for Microsoft Search to launch cohesive experiences for Enterprise customers. Using the Design Systems from the different experiences, I was able to design solutions able to scale and enrich the feature set, while creating experiences for users that increased user engagement and productivity. • I designed and launched Windows Search iterations that reached Millions of users and increased revenue of the organizations. • Collaborated on Cortana project's like Cortana in Outlook, Skype, among others; and pushed innovation to enriched the experiences across platformsAdditionally, I led Design Sprints, participated on Research, conduct User Testing and analyze data on multiple flights to measure performance and metrics. Different flavors and combination of the methodologies used, helped me define the design solutions I delivered in collaboration with stakeholders.
