Experience Designer/ Trainer/ Project coordinator/ Content creator. Well, mostly I´m a human being with an open mind, open heart, helicopter view and sprinkle of craziness :). Spent about 5 years living abroad - Nepal, San Francisco, New Zealand, UK, Australia, South east Asia, where I learnt a lot. Now I'm living in Prague, my home town and trying to learn the magic of the ordinary. As of my career I went through some corporate adventures - Pearl hunter at Česká spořitelna - that was úlet indeed :). With Člověk v tísni I was responsible for expat HR of Africa and Asia regions. I spent a couple of years in the humanitarian and development sector, but decided to focus on game based education instead. As there is my gift and saving the word is a pretty hard job :).Currently full time at Mise HERo and I absolutely LOVE MY JOB!

Taking care of the life-cycle of the employees from the recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation and termination proceses. My favorite part was the exposure visit in Zambia, where I lead few workshops for the national staff as well as HR audit of the processes and helped with their capacity building plans. I´m a trainer of Recruitment skills and prepared webinars focused on Linked-in. My inner engine is to see the higher meaning in my work and experiencing that humanitarian work really makes sense.
