In 2014, I have taken over the Conquer Program Lead and managed the handover into operations:- Leading the Program Core Team and ensuring optimal team performance as well as re-entry of team members into business functions.- Supervising creation of handover plans and alignment with affected functions.- Leading processes to ensure readiness of organization to fully implement process and project results.- Ensuring that KPIs and processes are put in place to ensure sustainability of the project results and realization of expected benefits into the future.

Over the course of three years on the project, I have held various roles on this highly visible global initiative:- Coordination of the strategic planning process and project set-up for project CONQUER to ensure that the project delivered the desired objectives;- Leading the project communication process to maintain our brand CONQUER;- Ensuring that the project delivered the desired results in time and in budget by supervising the project management, budgeting and controlling processes;- Leading global activities to roll-out Project CONQUER to multiple manufacturing sites;- Focus on stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders to ensure that the project is resourced and prioritized appropriately.Project CONQUER is a multi-year effort focused on improving the Reliability of Roche Manufacturing processes by improving the quality of primary packaging components by understanding and aligning suppliers capabilities, internal specification requirements, and internal manufacturing process capabilities.

Member of Global Biologics Quality Leadership Team:- Leading strategy definition and execution process; - Leading project portfolio process and quarterly management reviews of portfolio; - Responsible for goal setting and review.

Overall lead of an important initiative to improve the compliance situation of one of Roche’s largest facilities to fill biologics drug products:- The project encompasses several work streams which aim at improvements in processes and equipment as well as the pertinent behavioral changes- Put in place a plan to ensure continued compliance of the facility

Establish and maintain processes to develop the strategy, continuously monitor its successful implementation and regularly review strategy. Provide integration of cross functional strategic initiatives.Coordinate all cross-departmental OD-activities (organizational development) and align communication accordingly.

Management of supply of pharmaceutical specialties to the Roche affiliates worldwide(Americas, Asia Pacific and Western Europe)& Distribution and Transport of pharmaceutical specialties to our customers worldwide & Management of New Introductions (e.g. product launches)

Management of Procurement of packaging components (yearly procurement value of approx. 40 Mio. CHF) & Master Production Scheduling as well as 3rd party manufacturing

Responsible for the development of global Packaging Strategy.Analysis of processes in Pharma packaging production sites and proposal and implementation of measures to improve efficiency.
