A Graduate of International Development with Distinction with experience as a volunteer program coordinator with a Children’s NGO, I am passionate about sustainable programs that protect and empower marginalised persons. I bring a keen interest in social justice, human rights, gender equality and child protection and community development. Through my studies I gained knowledge and experience in Safeguarding, childhood development needs, research, program design, project management, humanitarian programs, aid and policies, disaster relief, global development, international NGOs and multi-agency partnerships to build resilience, empower individuals and strengthen local communities.With complementary masters in communications and public relations, I bring excellent written and verbal communication skills along with practical experience in corporate communications, copy writing, press releases, media monitoring, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, content creation, digital marketing and social media. I also have developed strong research, analysis and reporting skills through my studies and research thesis.
