I am trusted to handle both of companies.I am currently working as Finance, HR/GA & Planning Manager. I am responsible to ensure that company’s financial report is reliable and accurate so both management and external parties can rely on such report to evaluate company’s condition. I am also responsible in taxation. I have to ensure company taxes are well-assessed, well-paid, and of course, well-reported. Besides, during tax investigation, I must face and discuss with investigator from Tax Office. The result of this investigation was good for me since no mistakes regarding taxes.As HR/GA Manager, I must ensure that company business licenses have complied with regulation. Not just license, I must take good care about other company legal aspects and anything related to human resources. I also have responsibility regarding expatriates who work for the company. Of course, other responsibilities such as facility and asset management, office maintenance, office supplies, operational necessity remain there for me to handle.I am in charge to set budgeting plan of both companies and do monitoring to ensure each division can operate well and synergizes with each other to achieve company goals.I also need to keep harmonious and synergistic relationship between company and employees as well as external parties.
