- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐈𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 -Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing and take ownership of own projects and processes, cost estimating and developing the budget, facilitating the assignment of work tasks, managing workload and properly dividing work efforts among project team members, creating and maintaining the project management documentation, revising it as appropriate, conducting regular reporting, schedule monitoring and communication with all appropriate stakeholders.Projects at different clients (samples):-Data Migration from Siemens TeamCenter source systems to Windchill target system. Deep understanding of source and target systems architecture, migration process, transformation scripts. Preparing environment (procedure and documentation), Migration Strategy Definition, Consultancy in Mapping Definition, Preparing Files for Migration, Preparing Migration Tools, Transformation and Load Execution.-Building a system architecture to display global testing capabilities for all branches. This includes reading real time information from several databases and bringing data on demand to the built interface. Including but not limited to Windchill (+Scholar and Mongo DB), SAP, Business Warehouse, OEE, GVPi, SWIM and Scheduler.

-Learning business by doing business-Junge Erwachsene gründen reale Unternehmen für die Dauer eines Jahres. Sie entwickeln selbständig ihre eigene Geschäftsidee und durchlaufen alle Phasen eines realen Wirtschaftsprojekts von der Ideenfindung und Teambildung über Planung, Produktion, Marketing und Verkauf bis hin zum Geschäftsabschluss. Eine Initiative des Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Forschung, der Wirtschaftskammer Wien und der Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesellschaft Wien.
