Eva has spent the majority of her professional career in business valuation both as a practitioner and later as the executive director of a national network of business valuation firms. She served on the Business Valuation Committees of both the American Institute of CPAs and the American Society of Appraisers. She is a past member of the American Society of Appraisers’ Business Valuation Standards Committee and has served on CPA committees at the state level in the areas of estate planning, litigation services, and management consulting services. She was named to the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame for her contributions to the advancement of the business valuation profession.Eva is the co-author of “The Best Websites for Financial Professionals” and of “Financial Valuation, Application and Models" both published by John Wiley and Sons. She has written for numerous financial publications including the Journal of Accountancy, the AICPA CPA Expert, the Practicing CPA, and the Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert. She has spoken dozens of times to national groups on technology issues and conducted internet training seminars for corporations and trade associations.
