Responsibilities include:- Managing a large portfolio of technology, enterprise, UCaaS and CCaaS customers ($1.5M+ ARR)- Onboarding testRTC customers following Spearline's acquisition of testRTC, specialising in webRTC. - Formulating and nurturing long-term customer relationships while driving consistent growth. - Increased an individual customer's ARR by 127.5%.- Establishing, driving and executing customer contract renewals, up-sell deals, cross sell deals and on-boardings.- Tracking industry trends, customer behaviour and customer health scores to develop targeted retention strategies.- Building bespoke analysis reports for customers on a monthly basis to asses trends, success, failures etc in their testing and provide intelligent and actionable insights for customers using their testing data. - Efficiently managing customer stress and regression testing projects: Assembling and aligning internal team and customer's team, identifying test scenario, planning test execution, manage deadlines and resources, ensuring end to end success.- Consulting with product development team to enhance our products using customer feedback as product roadmap guide.-Strategic account management using MEDDPICC Sales methodology - proven track record of customer success from onboarding, product adoption, expansion, renewal & advocacy-Demonstrate product expertise & act as the main point of contact to nurture accounts ensuring measurable ROI & strengthen the CLV-Proactive engagement with key account stakeholders providing “best-in-class” customer support, data analysis, & expertise -Identify Champions & Economic Buyers for customer growth opportunities to maximise revenue or minimise cost in line with their business metrics & objectives
