I was onboarded for a month to familiarize myself with the training materials for digital skills, entrepreneurship, and gender sensitivity. This period also served as an evaluation process, as only 28 of the 35 initial candidates were selected.Each cohort, comprising 70% women and 30% men, undergoes a three-day training program, conducted in two to three-hour sessions from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM.As a facilitator, I was responsible for:Weekly Reporting: Regular progress updates.Monthly Grand Reporting: Comprehensive end-of-month reports, including details of graduation ceremonies.Collaborative Facilitation: Working in pairs or trios to ensure comprehensive learning and a participant-centered approach.Our team facilitates and mobilizes training programs monthly, culminating in graduation ceremonies and certificate awards for participants.
