- Administrative support to the President in the operations of the group companies, with businesses including travel, advertising, marketing and event management and coach operation. - Handle daily correspondences, answer complaints and enquiries- Appointments and meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements, expenses report- Meeting arrangements and minutes-taking for all major management meetings- Booking of concerts for Artists and performing groups from Asia to perform in Toronto, venue bookings (venues such as Casino Rama, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, etc), budgeting, ticket sales arrangements, advertising and sponsorship, itinerary planning, rundown and production planning, event execution, etc.- Projects & event co-ordination- Supervise the production and execution of all marketing material (print, TVC, radio and social media) - Maintain a database of business contacts

- Assist Director of Public Relations in preparing the yearly public relations action plan - Media networking, brand management- Build up and facilitate the hotel's coverage in both the local and international markets- Relate hotel's message to the media / public via distribution of press releases and promotional material to the media - Maintain and update the database for local & overseas media -Writing of press releases- Response to media enquiries (both local & overseas) in a timely manner- Pitching of hotel news/features & promotions to generate local & international media coverage- Work with Director of Marketing & Director of Sales in developing the hotel's advertising plan in accordance with the hotel's market needs, with the aid of an advertising agency- Co-ordinate and to monitor the work of the appointed advertising and marketing agencies- Work closely with the Director of Marketing for the preparation and production of hotel's marketing collateral, Direct Mailing pieces, sales and marketing tools
