The principal objective is develop and implement actions and programs for the sale of products. Analize company requirements to technician developments. Propose and develop actions and campaigns to real and potential customers. Realize fuctional developement of CRM tool.The results are:- 120% of the actions and campaigns to real and potential customers.- Implementation of the company requirements in technology.- 110% comply of technician developments.

Sales Reward Programme.- Develop & implement customer satisfaction actions plans and programmes.- Strategic development to obtain the objectives. - Develop & follow up of Dealer Trade Conditions.- Coordinate implementation of Dealer Standards within Spanish dealership network.- Customer satisfaction measure by surveys, mystery shopping.And the results obtained were:- # 1 New Car Buyer Survey 2007 & 2005, European Quality Product Survey.- First Volvo National Sales Company to implement & certify by ISO 9001/ 14001 within the dealer network.- Volvo Car Spain ISO 14001 certification.

Implement standards, auditing, training and analizing in big companies like: Hospitales, Alter, Rovi, Transmediterránea, BBVA, Grupo LAR, Madrid´s Council.
