Coordinated closely with MEP consultant, acoustician, AV consultant, kitchen consultant, structural consultant, and specialty vendors.

Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC (Chapel Hill, NC) : October 2019 - August 2020 Co-Project Designer and Project Architect on a team of 9 for a 140,000 square foot addition to the existing business school campus from schematic design through design development. Described as the "secret weapon" for design presentations, but also worked extensively on consultant coordination and documentation.

Microsoft Whatcom Village Interiors (Redmond, WA) : October 2019 - August 2020 Designer on a team of 8 for a 1,000,000 square foot interior fit out from schematic design through construction administration. Commended by the colleagues for a "stand-out job collaborating, conceptualizing & documenting" during the design phases of the project. Led the detailing effort for signature design features, such as custom decorative ceilings, stairs, and decorative screens, which involved extensive coordination with structural and mechanical engineers. Was promoted to associate in recognition for exemplary performance.Diego Rivera Theatre at CCSF (San Francisco, CA) : August 2020 - October 2020Designer on a 75,000 square foot music school, performance space, and art gallery during concept design. Zuklie Residence (Lloyd Harbor, New York) : December 2014 - September 2019Project Manager & designer for a 8,000 square foot gut renovation of a mid-century modern home in Lloyd Harbor. Extensive coordination with the fabricators of the custom corian cabinetry, glass floors, pre-cast concrete, and operable partitions. Symphony Space (New York, New York) : March 2019 - September 2019Project Manager & designer on a 27,000 square foot renovation of an existing 100 year old theatre complex with two theaters, a bar, and associated support spaces, through 100% schematic design. Coordinated with large consultant team which included a construction manager, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, plumbing engineer, theatrical consultant, acoustical consultant, audio/visual consultant, food consultant, specifications writer, and cost estimator. Created and instructed a LEED Green Associate preparation seminar for 10 students to develop their professional accreditation and educate emerging professionals about sustainability.
