Responsible for driving Global OEM/IHV partner-related priorities and escalations with Core Engineering, CPD (Sustaining Engineering) and Release Management to ensure they were resolved and delivered according to business requirements.* Serve as the single point of ownership for high-priority VMware Ecosystem Engineering issues and drive them to resolution by effectively influencing the appropriate organizations.* Manage partner issue escalations by engaging with partner-responsible program management team and the partner to assess when an escalation should be initiated and as necessary help gather technical, business, strategic impact to VMware.* Coordinate, document and communicate escalation activity with appropriate teams within and outside of the Ecosystem Engineering organization.* Develop, maintain, and enforce the issue resolution process both within Ecosystem Engineering and across related organizations.* Create structure around the process to maintain and enforce action.* Perform post-mortem reviews to ensure compliance and tune as necessary.* Own the Partner Release Priority List by serving as the single owner of all partner issues requiring a release vehicle. Coordinate with partners and partner-facing teams to update/evaluate priorities on an ongoing basis. Represent partner priority in release meetings, patch meetings, etc.

Responsible for building, packaging and releasing 17 products on 40+ platforms for 2 major annual releases and unlimited number of patch and custom builds as they were required. Drove all priority "A" severity bugs to resolution and tracked issues looming in the wild.

San Francisco start-up purchased by co-creator of Quicken software and co-founderof Intuit. QA for both software and proprietary hardware. Within 2 months had taken initiative to provideQA deliverables and absorb responsibility for the build & release processes in a dual-role.
