• Manage development team throughout the entire system development lifecycle• Ensuring business requirement are defined accurately, development are designed and coded accurately• Recommends, design approach and oversees development of application within the senior member of team and off shore• Ensures architectural integrity within the enterprise architecture• Conceptualize new integrated function to process XML file handling from external interfaces to RMS• Deliver technical design documents, support handover guide and interface functional mapping, Batch flow diagram• Deliver data conversion activity and new security model for the business replenishment team.• Participate in the inception t-shirt sizing and task level estimates activity• Provide application support for store inventory management and RMS• Evaluates enterprise data integrity issues and propose solution and alternative approach.• Develop code from functional designs or defect descriptions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms Builder and Pro*C• Create/modify PL/SQL functions, procedures and packages, Pro*C batch programs and Oracle Forms programs• Participate in release meeting, production go live dress rehearsals and review implementation plan
