My most recent position was as a bartender and keyholding manager for Bar Louie, and I have completed their rigid management training which required both front of house and back of house knowledge. My experience includes but is not limited to running expo, creating schedules, processing orders and invoices, writing floor plans, doing prep, working all stations in the kitchen, but I find I'm most at home behind the bar. I'm a strong service bartender, a leader, and love to work as a team to make shifts as successful as possible. My previous work experience ranges from lifeguarding/lifeguard management to front desk/hosting, to serving/bartending and management. I have also worked in retail at Johnny Cupcakes, a quirky Boston-based t-shirt brand, which was very oriented on creating an unforgettable customer experience and providing great customer service.
