As a certified systemic coach, organisational developer and trainer, I accompany companies, teams, leaders and individuals in transformation processes and in strengthening their social, collective and intercultural competences. My focus areas are New Work and shared leadership, team culture, women in leadership roles and international cooperation. I work in German, English or French. My approach is always solution and resource oriented. My work is tailor-made to my clients contexts for relevance and impact.I am Co-President of the SIETAR Germany board and co-founder of TOP7 Netzwerk.Background: For over 10 years, I worked in global companies coordinating and managing international projects, events and multinational and virtual teams. My responsibilities included training, translation/subtitling, sales, customer service, communication, web, marketing and PR. My seven years of experience at Patagonia, one of the most pioneering companies in terms of work culture and sustainability management, continue to influence my consulting work, especially when it comes to value-based approaches, leadership, new work and team development. My own experience of change processes within different industries (tourism, audiovisual & language services, textile, outdoor & sports) inform my realistic, practical, inclusive and holistic approach. After 20 years abroad (in 10 different countries) I decided to come back to my lovely hometown Jena, Germany, my current home base.
