I empower tech businesses with solutions that put people first.After working in the game/creative tech industry for over 10 years, successfully managing large-scale multimedia projects (+€1Mln), my focus lies on bringing an 'outside-in' perspective to tech companies to make working in tech more humane. This applies especially to leaders that want improve their skills, to teams that want to collaborate and perform better and to companies that want to grow with intention. And to scratch my ‘love-working-in-a-team’ itch, I am part of DEEP, a meditative VR-game where I get to work on a valuable game with a very inspiring and knowledgeable team.Outside of work I enjoy the complexities of raising our four-year old twins 😅, I love to spread the word about equality, love thinking about complex work- and broader societal related issues, am obsessed with tennis and want to help people lead a more autonomous and fulfilling life.

The goal is to:+ Create a community of skillfull innovators who not only come up with ideas but want to create products and services that support society in a positive way. + Develop solutions that solve problems in a systematic way.+ Create/explore and experience a new form of work.The first edition was held in January 2019, and was called "Workspaces". The second edition was held in May 2019 and was called "Let's be WELL".Both sessions were very well received! We're currently reviewing the format to create a higher impact. New sessions will be held in 2020. So stay tuned.... :)!
