I work closely with Human Resources and Management teams to implement strategies and programs that promote employee job satisfaction and workplace well-being at both national and international levels, coordinating efforts across the company’s various locations.My responsibilities as a Happiness Hero include:• Promoting Company Culture: I develop initiatives that reinforce the company’s values, mission, and culture, ensuring consistency across all work centers.• Driving Employer Branding: I am responsible for building a strong reputation as a preferred employer, facilitating the attraction of top talent. Additionally, I establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the success and effectiveness of the employee value proposition (EVP).• Enhancing Employee Engagement: I plan and facilitate training, workshops, social events, and recognition programs that foster team cohesion and spirit.• Building Open and Effective Communication: I serve as a communication bridge between management and employees, ensuring transparent and participative dialogue where everyone feels heard and valued.• Developing Well-being Strategies: I design and implement programs that address employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health through benchmarking, internal surveys, and focus groups to understand what motivates employees.My goal is to create a work environment where employees can reach their full potential and enjoy their work, thereby contributing to the company’s success and growth.
