Achieved hiring of 200+ retail and corporate level candidates to fulfill staffing needs and maintain optimal staff levels. Piloted the entire recruitment cycle with 3K employees and operations across North and South California. Sourced 8 qualified Store Managers and 11 Assistant Managers within 1 year for store growth across Southern California, Texas, and New Jersey. Led implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to automate the hiring process and boost efficiency. Authored job descriptions for ~60 corporate and store management positions within 3 months by working with upper-level management, resulting in quicker hiring and a clearer division of labor.
