• Manage team of six Work Management Technicians and one Assistant Project Manager. • Responsible for managing and tracking projects day to day as well as long term, supporting the master service agreement with our largest customer, maintaining accurate invoices to ensure timely issuance and payments, as well as accurate monthly financial reporting. • Maintaining a positive relationship with the client, ensuring effective business relationships are in place and trusted by all parties.• Supporting all aspects of contract negotiation, change order identification, submittal and approval, administration, and establishing the means to execute the contract to include management of subcontractors and material procurement.• Contract reporting and status for field operations, management, and to the customer.• Provide thorough estimates and proposals for site specific projects and master service agreements.• Managing and fully supporting emergency storm response and restoration events.

• Responsible for providing timely, quality, consistent technical responses on behalf of Region Americas Engineering.• Evaluating engineering requests to find Solutions and provide Options to solve technical challenges. • Working with Global Product Lifecycle Management and Global Technical Engineering teams to provide timely and feasible solutions for escalated regional requests. • Supporting the Project Priorities provided in the Americas Priority Meeting List and aligning Regional Americas Engineering Team.• Maintaining the Americas Engineering Product Customer Documentation Workspace, including administering the Review and Approval compliance process for all Americas Engineering documents. In addition, Single Point of Contact for all escalated requests for Americas Engineering documents.• Supporting Internal and External Customer Meetings as Engineering Representative. • Reviewing TLoA items for accuracy, clarifying any ambiguous information and facilitating Americas Engineering specific item approvals and final signatures.

• Manage team of four Regional Americas Siting Engineers as well as two Supporting Siting Engineers located in Latin America. • Responsible for all technical site suitability studies associated with proposed onshore wind farms utilizing Siemens Wind Turbines in the Americas region.• Prioritize and coordinate siting activities to support negotiation and contract requirements as well as timelines.• Responsible for defining goals, reviewing department results and providing continuous process improvement. • Expert at analysis of wind resource and other data to develop wind energy projects. Data validation, long term prediction, analyzing third party wind resource reports, estimation of power generation by WTG and layout of wind farm. • In addition to the above, all previous responsibilities continue to be upheld in this role.

• Prepare Turbine Suitability Reports (TSRs) to determine suitability of Siemens Wind Turbines for sites in North and South America, United Kingdom, Macedonia, Greece, Sweden and the Dominican Republic. • Using Microsoft Excel to record, analyze and report the output of wind speeds, turbulence intensity, wind shear, Annual Energy Production and wind turbine lifetime fatigue loads. • Manage between 2 and 5 separate projects at a single time and ensure their delivery date is met. • Support cross functional team by attending customer meetings to discuss site conditions and methodology. • Perform Site Visits to potential wind farms to assess the terrain, tree heights, and any standing meteorological towers. • Utilize software tools, models and processes for wind farm projects.
