Specifically:▪︎ Boosting innovation across the company, reporting its progress to BoD, Leaders and ExCo, by:✓ designing, developing and implementing the innovation program “IMAGINE”✓ encouraging employees’ “bottom up” idea generation (±250 ideas)✓ training, engaging and empowering employees (±100) to adopt the Accelerator methodology▪︎ Stimulating employees to volunteer in MVP development (24 final ideas), by introducing Innovation Days, leading to high attendance (6 events/year, 150 participants/event) and broad representation (Board members, employees, innovation hubs, startups, universities)▪︎ Facilitating the company to enter an innovative sales era of viable business models, by building extended market exposure, grasping its pulse and scouting (±50 ideas) on 3 strategic focus areas▪︎ Reduced company’s operating costs, by designing from scratch and managing 2 Corporate Strategic Projects (i.e. Cost Optimization, Platform Redefinition)
