As a Sr. Business Analyst. I am the champion for the business within Manheim IT. I work closely and interact directly with Application Owners & a multi-faceted Agile team of development, architect, quality assurance, and user experience to identify, rationalize and document business requirements; and translate them into functional specifications which detail the approach to address and resolve the business needs. In addition, I make process and systems improvement recommendations to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiencesI work with the Application Owner, Iteration Manager and Project Manager to communicate and resolve project issues and risks that interfere with project execution or success. At a time, I could be handling about 2 – 3 projects in addition to product enhancements.

As a Senior product Analyst, I was responsible for taking the Product Management’s vision and translating it to requirements that the team could code and deliver against in a timely manner. In addition, I was the product champion and I made sure that the customer’s point of view was taken into consideration when coming up with solutions as I worked in an Agile blended team of development, architect, quality assurance, and user experience folks. In this role, all internal support issues were escalated to me.
