Coordination Team Lead & Hardware Coordinator

• Lead team responsible for coordinating more than 120 multi-week worldwide deployments to U.S. Embassies, Consulates, and Passport Agencies per calendar year • Educate and develop coordination team staff through use of standard operating procedure documentation review, analysis, and hands-on practice• Perform process improvement review to ensure team is utilizing the most efficient processes and propose changes to management when improvements are found• Analyze, propose, and enact balanced four year training and workstation refresh schedule for over 240 overseas embassies and consulates based on site needs, personnel resource availability, contractual obligations, and financial efficiency• Assign staff to deployments by analyzing each site’s unique project needs, available personnel resources, and personnel’s expertise, ensuring project success while also balancing staff development• Develop high-level standard operating procedure and contract policy documentation for contract management• Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data regarding deployments, staffing resources, and hardware for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the government client in a clear, concise manner• Responsible for presenting oral status report briefings to Consular Systems and Technology management on a weekly basis• Manage the ad-hoc hardware requests of overseas Embassies and Consulates using an internal system by communicating with site, CST management, and shipping departments as well as utilizing the Remedy software suite• Responsible for government mandated, large scale hardware projects which include communication with over 240 overseas and domestic sites to determine site needs, compilation and analysis of data, presenting the findings to the government client along with suggested actions based on analysis, and producing end-of-project reports to contract and government management
