Oversees national accounts within our 3pl warehouse services division, providing transportation yard solutions, short-haul shuttles, and warehousing for our customers. Responsible for all P&L within regional sites as well as the successful implementation of new regional and national accounts. • Effectively trains, coaches and manages Site Managers• Maintains all regional P&L, budgets and operational goals• Negotiates and manages existing and new contracts with temp agencies, equipment and maintenance providers.

Responsible for all on site operations within our Yard Services Division in which we provide yard solutions with spotter trucks and drivers to perform in-yard equipment moves and short haul shuttles. I currently provide service to our customers 800 thousand sq ft RDC located in West Columbia, SC. Responsible for maintaining payroll, new hires, contract management, equipment and budgeting.

Responsible for the direct management of a warehouse staff of 30, including a supervisor, team lead and clerks. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers by determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow by properly utilizing employees and their hours approving all payroll functions weekly. Utilizes two 180,000 square ft warehouse facilities coordinating work flow and employee planning between the two warehouses. Use of SAP and Viaware WMS simultaneously to perform all functions needed. Use of Access SQL to generate and build various types of warehousing reports. Ensures on time delivery of all outbound and inbound shipments. Maintains monthly financial budgets, payroll and new hire documentation.

Directed and coordinated all inbound and outbound shipments for the Start-up PepsiCo, Muller joint venture of Muller Quaker Dairy Production and Distribution center, which produced more than $100 Million in annual sales. As the Accellos One WMS Super-user I ensured the program was running effectively at all times fulfilling any new CRF’s or Work request orders. Works with Procurement to maintain inventory levels, manages suppliers ensuring budget forecasts are met. Conducts weekly inventory audits ensuring accuracy.

Responsible for Operations of both Ground and Home delivery, supervision of 60 plus employees on the load and unload, trains employees. Conducts interviews and completes the hiring process for new employees, approves payroll and provides customers with superior customer service. This position also manages the efficient sorting, delivery and handling of packages. Use of VRP to create and manage daily routes for Ground and Home delivery divisions. Ensures 70 Plus contractors/drivers are performing and meeting company goals and initiatives on a quarterly basis.
