Evan Bates has more than 20 years’ experience in leading and financing rapidly growing and mature businesses, including 10 years' experience as a senior executive in manufacturing companies focused in the biomass energy space. He has led 3 renewable companies and has successfully closed $400+ million in equity raise and $300+ million in debt structuring, as well as led two companies to start-up to more than $100 million in revenue.Prior to founding his first company, Evan served as director of mergers & acquisition and corporate development for a privately-held $500MM multinational manufacturer. He has also held key leadership positions as general manager and operations manager for a division of a $20 billion global company.
