The realm of the law in Australia is a large place. Within the law, you have Migration Law, and within that the tie-in to Employment Law. Within this area of law you’ll find myself and Worldly Migration, fighting the good fight with my unrelenting determination to help others in the specialisation of Employer Sponsored Visas, the vessel allowing employers to retain or obtain skilled migrants via means of multiple-year sponsorship.► WHO:▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬I refer to myself as a Migration Law Consultant more specifically over that of ‘Registered Migration Agent’ because over the years, outside of representing my own direct client files, I’ve become a go-to mentor in the RMA profession for other Migration Agents and Immigration Lawyers on the Employer Sponsored Visa subclasses.► HISTORY:▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Prior to completing my Migration Law studies at in 2015, I was recruiter primarily across Accounting/Finance, Engineering, IT and Marketing (among others), specialising in helping international students secure their first professional employment roles in Australia since 2012. During this time, I was continually approached by Migration Agents and Lawyers to assist with their Employer Nomination preparation. This would often involve writing Employment Position Descriptions, providing specific services and information in Labour Market Testing, Justifying Salaries, and other Migration field requirements.
