Provided daily oversight and management over all IT Systems and Security, including, but not limited to, Help/Service Desk (JIRA), network and internet service providers, internal proprietary applications, email (Exchange), Office productivity (Office365), voice-over-IP (VOIP) phone systems and SOC 1 Security audit requirements/artifacts. Led two teams charged with providing systems/network administration and first-rate customer service for over 200 employees worldwide.

Led multiple teams (server, storage, network and datacenter) which provided 24/7 support to 12 datacenters in the USA, Germany, China and The United Kingdom. Streamlined operations to assist with meeting customer SLAs and deliverables. Managed budgets and provided input for annual and quarterly forecasts to executives.

Managed storage, systems and datacenter teams that administered production and development environments consisting of over 400 servers and 30 storage arrays with 1 Petabyte (PB) of storage hosted in 4 datacenters in USA and The United Kingdom.

Supported IT Operations for over 15 remote offices and company owned datacenter, which hosted over 600 systems, 4 EMC Clariion storage arrays. Managed 8 system administrators and datacenter NOC personnel which supported development, internal and customer facing production environments.

Planned and managed deployment of systems and storage projects. Provisioned storage volumes (LUNs), snapshots, and clones for Solaris, Linux, and Windows Hosts. Designed and administered Network Attached Storage systems, Tape Backup environment, and off-site media handling process.
