I oversee the day-to-day operation of the 2D House including facility services, employee experience and safety as well as client relations on all levels of film production.

An incredible opportunity where I was as the primary contact for all incoming studio inquiries. I oversaw client needs from pre-production through to invoicing. Building upon my experience in the industry as well as a Customer Service Representative, I established strong relationships with clients through a mixture of industry knowledge and customer focused service.

As a CSR I assisted customers with rentals of Lighting, Grip & Camera gear as well as booking our Studio spaces to various types of Productions. With a focus on exceptional customer service, I utilized my knowledge of film equipment to offer clients affordable and optimal solutions for their film productions.

Served in various roles within the Grip department on multiple productions. Credits included: Key Grip, Best Boy Grip, Third Grip, Dolly Grip and Rigging Grip. Grip Member at NABET 700 UNIFOR from 2015-2020.

I prepared, returned and maintained lighting and grip equipment for Film, Television and Theater productions in Toronto. Working for WFW helped me establish incredible connections which have served me throughout my career.
