This includes working with development through the SDLC.Support sales staff with presentations, technical support, vendor support.Support all departments with database queries, technical expertise, operations and guidance.Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of multiple projects and integrations involving cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors.

Supervise/Manage a team of 8 application analysts. Implement projects to improve team's results and work with multiple departments. Assist escalated clients and support billing issues for all departments. Solve technical and billing problems for home health clients. Work on design teams to improve the functionality of our software. Answer questions about the use of Meditech business manager for clients and other departments. Ensure clients utilize the system to its capability . Support educational services staff and communicate with other employees during implementation. Lead conference calls and workshops with clients and other staff. Establish relationships with clients through continued support. Work with HL7, Oasis, PPS, Home Care Manager (HCM), Medicare, Medicaid, BZM (Meditech), claims, electronic remittance, insurance, Hipaa, 837, 835, 997 and other health care industry features.
