The program oversights are range of projects including; IT development, business and organisational change, the introduction of levy and other cost recovery arrangements, legislative change, training, and managing change with approximately 100,000 external stakeholders. The program is a key strategic initiative positioning AMSA as the national regulator of the domestic commercial vessel industry. As program manager I am responsible for ensuring the programs objectives are achieved, including the development of organisation capability for AMSA to assume its new roles as the national regulator.
