As Client Services Manager I was responsible for: communicating with clients regarding new and existing orders via phone call, text, email, and video chat on a daily basis, fielding all incoming calls and assisting with quote requests, managing the sales, shipping, and production schedule, acting as liaison to major Med-Device companies for e-commerce portion of business, managing the e-commerce site physical stock, running monthly inventory & sales reports, assisting with ideation and implementation of new platforms and processes to improve administrative automation and reduce human error, keeping an open line of communication between clients and the production team to troubleshoot, redesign, and manage delivery expectations, managing shipping/receiving administration, issuing purchase orders and working with various third parties, writing copy for emails and blog articles, editing website content, and much more. I worked fully remote throughout Michigan’s pandemic shutdown and hybrid afterwards.

As Client Services Coordinator for Douglas H. McPhail, PLC, I helped build lasting and meaningful relationships with hundreds of prospective and existing clients. Building rapport and trust with clients while striving to provide an exemplary level of service.

Following up with hundreds of leads and facilitating the scheduling and deployment of multiple electricians, resulting in a consistently full schedule.

Oversaw thousands of dollars of sales on a daily basis while managing a small team and maintaining quality products and services to a myriad of customers.
