Evan Bryan is the founder/president of Douglas-Pine Enterprises which focuses on municipal economic development and public finance policy matters. He has worked as an aide in both chambers of Congress and has assisted former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich with research and editing. While in graduate school, he was selected to serve under President Obama’s Pathways Program as an assistant to Andrew Weissmann at the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition, Evan has worked on multiple campaigns at the federal, state and local levels. He holds a master’s degree in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and degrees in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) and Public Administration from Eastern Oregon University. Outside of the office, he enjoys gardening, hiking and taking nature photography.
