-Reviews any ongoing support requests from multiple top level carrier customers to mitigate robocall activity on their networks and provides resourceful technical insights regarding activity at the industry level.-Help trouble-shoot data issues and work closely with clients, data scientists, operations, customer care and engineering.-Practice of using Internet Information and other media to conduct market research and document trends in robocalling and call authentication. Research consumer complaints and help provide feedback to further evolve and fine tune the proprietary Call Guardian robocall mitigation platform.-Use writing skills to update technical and process documentation to be shared internally and with customers, while helping develop stories regarding robocalling practices and how to combat bad robocalls.

• Primary responsible for actively supervising student multipurpose facility that was created in 2017• Acted as an on-site supervisor for other student employees• Responsible for answering customer inquiries and fulfilling customer sales• Responsible for cash handling, risk management enforcement, customer service, policy education/enforcement, staff motivation, and accountability.

Handle on-site inquiries, concerns, conflict situations, and discipline. Administer first aid/handle emergencies as necessary. Enforce program, department, University, and state policies.
