Instituted Agile development and conducted all meetings related to simultaneous projects for several DellEMC products including: VMAX, Unity, XtremeIO, ViPR SRM, SAN, and ScaleIO. Trained multiple teams on Axosoft, a tool for tracking time and work. Interfaced between team managers, several product owners, instructional designers, and content developers in various Scrum ceremonies. Adjusted for changes in requirements and circumstances during pre-release course curriculum development. Launched and trained on an intricate new learning management system called Xyleme to replace industry standard PowerPoint.
