4Site are appointed Lead Designer on the Vodafone SRAN which involves the upgrade of the Vodafone 2G network and the introduction of 800 LTE . My role entails Managing end to end Design and Build . Assisting in the daily coordination of up to 70 surveys per week and ensuring weekly survey figures are achieved. Implementing strict compliance with the SRAN design specifications while designing improvements in efficiency and delivery.
