• Ai Program Manager for the Florida HIE (2011-present), managing all work associated with Ai's role as lead vendor for Florida HIE Services - primarily the Encounter Notification Service (ENS) and the State Gateway to the eHealth Exchange. Oversee all aspects of HIE operations including product development, staffing, budgeting, business development, and client/participant management for one of the largest health information exchanges in the country.• Project Manager for CRISP (2013-2015), the Maryland HIE, managed the expansion of the HIE’s services (Query, Encounter Notifications, and PDMP) into the District of Columbia. Served as primary liaison for the DC Department of Health Care Finance, District hospitals, clinics, and health plans. Supported the District’s Family Reunification Use Case. Managed CRISP’s initiative to connect to the eHealth Exchange.• Involved in the design, development, patenting, and marketing of Ai’s Encounter Notification Service, a product to deliver real-time alerts on patient hospitalizations to providers and payers to facilitate care coordination. • Project manager for multiple hospital clients, overseeing custom software development projects, HIE procurements and deployments.• Involved in Federal, state, and private-sector business development and proposal writing.

• Sr. Business Analyst for the Social Security Administration’s Health IT Strategy Team. Assisted in the development of the Administration’s Medical Evidence Gathering and Analysis through Health IT Use Case, managed the communications efforts associated with that use case, and assisted in subsequent SSA connection to the Nationwide Health Information Network (now eHealth Exchange), including serving as SSA liaison to the NHIN Data Use and Reciprocal Support Agreement (DURSA) and the Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP). • Business Analyst for collaborative team led by the Foundation for eHealth Initiative responsible for the development of an environmental assessment of current state-level health IT initiatives and a strategic roadmap for the advancement of those initiatives for the following gulf coast states: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. • Business Analyst for team supporting the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution (HCAS), evaluating disparate procurement systems within the various HHS operating divisions, identifying functional redundancies and areas for consolidation.
