When restarting doesn't work, I am there to look into it. With 12 years of professional IT experience and many more otherwise, I use my knack for figuring out how things operate to get technology to cooperate. I've spent my career as the pillar of CBLPath's IT department where I’m the first stop for any IT related questions or issues. I realize everyone has their own strengths and it’s satisfying when I can explain some arcane process and save others a headache. Multiple people have told me that IT changed for the better once I came on board and it is a point of pride for me. I am looking to move up from under the desk to the cloud and have been using all my free time studying for AWS cloud certifications. The idea that you can have an entire data center in a file blows my mind and I can't wait to be a part of it so I am working towards a Cloud Engineer role.
