In this role, I am responsible for the provision of services and infrastructure to support over 1,200 users (comprising staff, students, and key community members) using over 1,300 devices within and beyond Koonung's campus. Further, the parents of over 1,000 families are provided with real-time information on their children's progress via a secure, parent-accessible school management system.My ongoing roles include: - Leading a small team to provide user support at levels 1 and 2 - Level 3 support - Administration of the majority of the school's ICT infrastructure - Oversight, liaison, and user training for school-wide management applications obtained as SaaS - Development of policies and procedures - Planning, development and implementation of solutions to meet organisational goals - Procurement and deployment of ICT resourcesKey acheivements have included: - Planning and management of highly successful rollouts of 1to1 devices each year since 2012, and management of the overall transition of ICT service delivery in the school to support this - Establishment of a support team, along with systems and procedures to ensure high quality support for 1to1 and staff devices - Initiation of programmed rolling replacement of ICT infrastructure and resources (networking, servers, multimedia) - Design, implementation, and ongoing management of a highly available virtualised server environment, paired with expanded Layer 3 switching - Performing a key stakeholder role in the progressive implementation of an integrated school management system for staff, students, and parentsThe provision of ICT in public education presents a challenge in that the very latest technologies are demanded at all times, but on the slimmest of budgets. I'm proud to rise to that challenge, to ensure that current and future generations of students are given the best opportunities to enrich their learning with ICT, to serve them well into the future.

ATC Productions is a startup specialising in video, sound, and lighting production, with live sports and other events being a particular specialty. Originating as a hobby amongst a group of friends with a diverse range of technical skills and abilities, ATC has grown to be a promising up-and-coming media outfit, with clients such as the Australian Ice Hockey League, the Melbourne Renegades (Twenty20 Cricket), and since 2013 has produced regular content for Fox Sports.In keeping with the essence of ATC, skills I have so far brought to the business have been widely varied. They have included: - Operation of cameras and other equipment - Equipment setup and fault-finding - Equipment specification and procurement - Design and fabrication of custom equipment - Graphic design and branding - ICT support - Social media management
