My role involves inspection of materials, equipment, welding and goods to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications. Dealing with issues of non compliance, providing support, information and assistance to individuals, groups and management are daily tasks. I would also review company quality documentation and upload the information to our quality assurance systems. Conducting regular audit reports and assessing for compliance with established quality standards, policies and procedures along with complete investigations of any technical deviations for department issues of non compliance. Acting as a liaison between technical operations and on site quality and regulatory groups as well as other departments across the company with respect to all quality instances and compliance support. Inspection of high purity weld coupons in and out and updating the weld log information on the quality system. Create test packs and monitor systems from testing , verified field walks to analytics. Develop the weekly quality tool box talks, with emphasis on ensuring everyone understands and sudden change or additions to the specifications. Going above and beyond so the client get’s exactly what was requested and more.
