Began as an normal associate answering phones, taking orders on register and assembling carryout orders. Eventually, I was promoted to Crew Leader where my responsibilities included training new employees and counting out registers and delivery drivers. As a Front of House Supervisor, I handled customer complaints, assigned employees to their shift stations and helped closed down the restaurant.
