With a solid academic foundation and diverse experiences in customer service, sales, and leadership roles, I thrive in environments where I can build relationships and support others on their journeys—whether it's helping a customer find the right product or guiding prospective students through their college decision process.I have served as a Lead Student Ambassador, Resident Assistant, and Sales Associate, each role reinforcing my belief in the power of teamwork, communication, and empathy. I enjoy being a resource for others, creating positive experiences, and finding solutions that meet their needs. From leading campus tours to working in retail and admissions, I have developed a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life. My coursework in Economics, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and formal Logic, has helped me understand effective negotiation, market complexities, and transaction management, while seeing the reason behind even our most basic decisions.With skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Shopify POS, and an entrepreneurial mindset, I’m always seeking ways to improve processes and provide exceptional service.
