Responsible for sourcing and structuring senior debt financing opportunities for healthcare service providers across a numbers of verticals including, skilled nursing, senior housing, behavioral health, hospitals, home health and hospice. Sourced a total of 7 transactions for $85MM in commitments during tenure as lead originator for healthcare lending, including two direct and one club transaction. Maintained an active backlog of $20-40MM through direct calling and healthcare specific referral sources.

Lead Senior Underwriter for the Healthcare Finance team which primarily focused on senior asset-based and real estate direct lending to healthcare service providers. Transitioned from a cash-flow workout role to being an instrumental team member in helping grow the healthcare portfolio to over $2.0Bn in commitments in less than five years. - Underwrote 20 transactions representing over $1.0Bn in commitments, including asset-based, real estate and cash flow structures across various healthcare sectors including senior care, acute care hospitals, medical device and pharmaceuticals- Led due diligence efforts (business, financial, industry and legal), legal documentation and loan closing while managing deal teams consisting of 2-3 staff including analysts, associates and vice presidents - Worked directly with the healthcare originations and financial sponsor coverage teams to help structure and screen new credit opportunities - Managed, mentored and trained junior staff members and assisted in the development of new hires- Promoted to Underwriter in December 2013 and to Senior Underwriter in September 2015 - Recipient of the Golden Spoke Award in 2016, Wholesale Banking's highest performance-based award
