As president of ADG Creative, LLC, I lead a team of talented Creatives who deliver branding, design, digital, video, and content marketing solutions that make a difference for our clients. Home to nearly 50 creative professionals, ADG is a strategic communications firm serving commercial organizations, federal agencies, and the U.S. Department of Defense. First as vice president of strategy and now as president, I not only oversee the professionals that make ADG who we are today, I can also be found in the trenches with my team helping our clients leverage their brand assets to break through the noise and engage markets and stakeholders.

As vice president of ADG’s commercial practice, I helped our clients leverage their brands and brand assets more effectively to solve business problems. My work included developing and executing on brand and marketing strategies for clients. This entailed conducting research, facilitating discovery sessions, applying critical thinking and ideation to client problems, and turning ideas and concepts into actionable strategies and tactics for business success. Internally, I spent a significant portion of time developing new business opportunities and guiding our team through all aspects of service delivery.

As a principal of Gilden Integrated, I managed the growth of the company from a two-person operation to a staff of 75 with annual billings reaching $65 million. Day to day, I oversaw agency account services, research and strategic planning, media planning, and operations activities. I also served as the primary account strategist and contact for select agency accounts. Through work with clients including Legg Mason, Sprint, Nextel, DoD, University of Maryland, MicroStrategy, IBM, SafeNet, VoiceVerified, and others, I helped establish Gilden’s reputation as one of the premier technology marketing agencies in the region.

During my time at Price Waterhouse, I served as project manager for large-scale custom software development and IT implementation projects. With clients that included government contractors, property and casualty insurers, and state workers’ comp insurance agencies, projects ranged from $10-$20 million, with an average duration of 24 months

In this role, I developed custom software applications and served as database administrator for electronic warfare applications I supported simulation testing and verification programs and developed a custom reporting tool for the Air Force parts maintenance system.
