Currently the Sales Manager for the Kitchen and Bath division of Schillings for Indiana. Knowledgeable in all building products from Lumber to Plumbing fixtures. Specializing in Kitchen and Bath Cabinet products and over-seeing our talented in-house designers. Servicing the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland areas. Worked as designer for Schillings before this for 3 years. I used our design software to create custom kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. Also worked with commercial/residential developers in creating project quotes for cabinets, tops and other building supplies. Previously a licensed realtor in the State of Indiana for 4 years. During which I worked with residential home buyers, but specialized in turn-key investment opportunities for in-state and out-of-state investors. This involved project managing multiple projects: Working with local municipalities for permitting and code requirements, hiring of general contractors and sub-contractors to complete projects, analyzing local market trends, identifying potential investment properties and facilitating in rental, purchase and sale process of residential and commercial real estate. Before that I worked in role assisting and overseeing a foreclosed housing portfolio. Completing property inspections, working with local code enforcement, completing "Broker Price Opinions" and project managing repairs required by local municipalities. The above was completed for multiple banks and governmental housing departments, this included but was not limited to: Chase, BMO Harris, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. worked daily in their project management systems.
