Financial Aid Assistant

- Answer phones and accurately direct students and parents to the appropriate answers, and/or persons.- Welcome walk-ins and successfully answer questions, accept and process paperwork, and/or get them connected to the appropriate person/department.- Sort and respond to emails in a timely manner.- Ensure that the front office and reception areas are tidy and orderly, and that forms/paperwork are readily available.- Ensure that all paperwork/forms are processed, tracked, and imaged correctly as they come through the front office so that students are served promptly and efficiently.- Efficiently communicate with counselors, and other financial aid staff in order to best serve students and families.- Other projects, as assigned (i.e. proactive calling)- Stay up-to-date and informed on new policies and regulations, to ensure that our students and families are best served.
