I am a Preconstruction Project Engineer at Thompson Thrift, a leading developer and builder of commercial and multifamily projects across the United States. I have a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Indiana State University. I have strong competencies in manufacturing process improvement, business research, and market information.In my current roles, I support the Preconstruction team for multi-family projects, from schematic design and budgeting to proposals and contracts, and I collaborate with project management in preparing and auditing invoices, budgets, and payment requests. I also analyze project finances and provide strategic insights to the executive staff. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions to our clients and stakeholders, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, architects, and managers. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I have recently obtained certifications in productivity, business ethics, and Microsoft Project for the Web.
