My primary practice area is employment law, including wage and hour and discrimination matters. I am also an experienced business litigator. I opened Dwin Legal with the goal of providing the same high level of service I provided while.

My practice with Troutman focused on dispute resolution and employment law. I helped my clients resolve a wide variety of legal issues related to employment law, Proposition 65 notices, intellectual property (trademark, copyright and patent litigation), real estate, bankruptcy, unfair competition and business torts. I also provided counseling to clients.
