Aided the producers and assistant directors of commercial film sets to ensure a smooth production and client satisfaction. Utilized problem solving and time management skills to assist multiple departments on the shoot including camera ops, wardrobe, locations, art department, makeup and client services. Returned during the pandemic to assist shoots for Pepperidge Farms, Bell Mobile, JennAire and Sobeys.

Worked as a freelance casting associate for several high-profile agencies on campaigns for clients that included SickKids, Chevrolet, RBC, Canada Post, HGTV and Tim Hortons. Assisted the Casting Director and Associate in scheduling, auditioning and booking talent for films, television series and commercials.

Managed on-set Covid-19 testing for Amazon Prime’s series ‘The Boys.” Collaborated with the Covid Testing Coordinatorand the Assistant Location Manager to set up and supervise mobile testing sites, organize testing schedules and ensure thathealth and safety protocols were followed.

Assisted and coordinated the successful launches of new events and marketing campaigns for Sunwing and its brands. Duties included event organization and management, creating factsheets, itineraries and sponsorship packages, scheduling trade media and influencer travel, creating branded items, maintaining inventory, and collecting and sorting Proof of Performance data. Recent events and sponsorships included Blue Monday, the Wiarton Willie Groundhog Day Festival and the Ripley’s Aquarium Beach Bash.

Wrote and edited copy for excursions and experiences in foreign destinations. Wrote over 700 pieces of excursion copy detailing city tours, ecological adventures and interesting activities throughout the Caribbean and Central America. Utilized creative writing skills, research and product knowledge to draft engaging content for consumers.

Created monologues and sketches for Night 2 of the 2017 Canadian Screen Awards while also assisting on Night 3 as a Staging Intern. Wrote the introductory monologue performed by John Tory during Night 2.
