• Oceanography, including: Design of oceanographic sampling plans; preparation and deployment of oceanographic instruments to measure ocean currents, waves, sediment transport, and water column properties; processing.
• Environmental Impact Assessment, by estimating the environmental impacts due to vessel movement, dredging, and sediment disposal based on modelling, measured field data, laboratory tests, and desktop literature review.
• Project Management, by serving as project manager for coastal hazard analysis and oceanographic data collection projects, which included: Preparing proposal documents; tracking budgets and schedules; managing invoicing.
